Credit:
We require: 50% advance deposit; balance prepaid upon
delivery. VISA/Master Card/Discover/American Express; cash, guaranteed
check.
Returns:
All orders custom-made will not be accepted for return
unless merchandise is defective. We maintain the highest
quality with our garments. If, however, there is an error
or flaw, request for return must be made in writing. No
merchandise accepted without written authorization.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of
merchandise. Garments must be new: Not worn, laundered,
altered.
Alterations:
Unless mis-sizing is our error, there will be a charge.
Purchase Orders:
Each order must have a purchase order with your company
name, bill & ship-to address, telephone & FAX,
anticipated due date, and purchase order number. We
cannot be held responsible for any details not in
writing. Once an order is cut, it cannot be canceled.
Pricing:
It varies with volume, sizes (see
Special
Pricing info),
wholesale or retail trade. Freight is additional, FOB
final destination.

We have catalogues
to mail for corporate, industrial, casual,
outerwear, & custom uniforms. Additionally, we
represent over 500 vendors. We do not have multiple
catalogues for each manufacturer; however, we can FAX or
mail you designs from our various master catalogues
and/or we can send you actual samples of garments.

billed, and are non-returnable
if specifically ordered for your use.

NOTE:
All of our colors are vat-dyed through & through,
will not fade; however, some shades will crock prior to
first washing. For garments that blend 2 or more colors
where a very deep color may crock onto a lighter color, a
first-time hand-washing of the garment is recommended.

Fabric Suggestions for
Ready-to-Wear
Garments:
Each ready-to-wear vendor
has its own sizing standard. Each manufacturer sizes
differently; however, the industry tries to establish a
general trend. Unisex items are sized according to
men’s sizing. Alpha sizing (S-XL...), includes 2
numeric sizes (28-44...), and is cut on the larger of the
2 sizes; eg, size Large (L) is a 16-16.5 in a man’s
shirt, and is cut on the size 16.5 pattern. Individual
catalogues will specify individual size ranges available.
